Everyday life takes its toll, and your lower back pays the price, from a mild twinge to severe, and debilitating pain. There is no doubt that as we navigate the new normal of working from home during the pandemic, it has been both good and bad.

Not moving around as much as you do when you have to drive to work and interact with others is bad. At the office, this usually involves walking around a fair bit. But at home, it’s a short walk from the bedroom to the designated work area and, once settled, it’s easy to stay put for the rest of the day.
