It’s been a hectic week and it would be great if the weekend was the cocooned haven you have been dreaming of all week… imagining yourself crawling into this beckoning sanctuary only to resurface all shiny, new and invigorated on Monday morning. Ummm … no. In all reality you have brought work home, you have homework with the kids, dinner to cook, school projects to build, dogs to walk and a spouse to fit in there somewhere. And then it happens…
